On Monday, March 21st, our friends at Virginia Tech are hosting the Mitchell O. Carr Symposium on Creative Uses of Wood in Design. Boasting a roster of top architects, designers, and fabricators from around the country, the presentations will highlight new advances in wood design and fabrication. The symposium is a collaborative effort by the Departments of Sustainable Biomaterials, Architecture, and Building Construction. There are up to (5) CEU’s available and registration can be found online. Cost to attend is $50 and includes dinner.
