Now in its second year, the EBie Awards™ are a nationwide juried competition created by Urban Green Council (USGBC New York) to celebrate performance improvements in Existing Buildings and the people who made them happen. The deadline for submissions is rapidly approaching on February 26!
The EBies (EE-bees) recognize “unsung heroes” who have made great strides in improving environmental performance but whose accomplishments may otherwise go unheralded – not just building owners, but building operators, commissioning agents, lighting designers, plumbing engineers, and others. Unlike other awards, the EBies are based on measurable improvements in performance as well as innovation and scalability. Complete details, including last year’s finalists and winners, can be found on the EBie website.
Apply for an EBie-we know you have some amazing, award-worthy projects! A complete list of award categories is here.
